How do I list my private island for sale?
Simply fill out the contract form with as much information about your island as you can. This includes size, sale type and of course price.
Should we need information we will reach out to you for more. Your island will then be listed in the correct category, as well as shared on our social media platforms.
What specifications are there to lost my island for sale?
We will need proof that you either own the island, or at least represent the owners, as well as all information pertaining to the island.
Generally speaking we want to concentrate on affordable islands, as in under $1 million, but we are also pretty flexible too and have listed islands for as much as $25 million.
How much does it cost to list my island with International Islands?
At the moment and unlike other websites it is completely free to list your website for sale with us. This is something that will likely change in the future as our website grows, but for now that is the case.
What we do usually like to arrange is some kind of finders fee should our listing result in a sale, can’t say much fairer than that.
What should I list my private island for sale with International Islands?
While we would never dream of slating other websites, there are very few out there, with many simply trawling already bailable listings, rather than actually talking to the owners.
Every single listing on International Islands is through us having a direct contact with the owner, or someone representing the island. We do not do this to fill up the website, but to help people buy and sell international islands.
We also unlike competitor websites have the pedigree. Through Lets Buy An Island we managed to check out multiple islands, as well as do the most important part – actually buy an island.
